With more than 25 years in digital media and technology, Diane works with clients to tell newsworthy stories about their business. These stories are designed to capture reader attention and build stronger relationships with customers and communities.
Previously, Diane led public relations and marketing teams at Dow Jones & Co. She began her career as an editor at Dow Jones’s first online service (now called Factiva), before becoming its first competitive intelligence manager. An early adopter, she launched Factiva’s first online community and its first blogging policy.
Diane holds a B.A. in journalism and English writing from Rider University, and a M.S. in Communications Management from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. She earned a Mini-MBA certificate in Digital Media Marketing from Rutgers University’s Center for Management Development.
Diane has been an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania chapters. She was Vice President of Membership for the New York chapter board from 2012-2014.
In 2009, she won a PRSA-NJ Pyramid award for her ebook on PR measurement, “Talk to Me.”
